Our History
In 1960, the late John B. Tully, working alongside his sons and daughter, began what became Tully Disposal. Using just one '48 International dump truck, and plenty of ingenuity, the company was given it's humble start in Harvard, Massachusetts.
We have come a long way since then and there have been many ebbs and flows for us. The company has been re-built and remodeled a few different times and into a few different versions. It is through these experiences that we have been able to become the company that we are today.
Who we are today
We exist to provide the most convenient and financially affordable means of waste disposal possible. However, for us, it does not stop there. It is our goal to continue to improve upon our companies’ tradition of excellence and to do all that we possibly can to put our customers, and those we are in relationship with, first and at the front of all we do. Having been in this industry as a family for the past 50 years we have had an extensive first-hand learning experience of the ins and outs of the industry. The result is that we have a unique understanding of the business we do. It is through this understanding that we are able to provide the best customer experience possible at the most fair and affordable prices around. Operating in the same towns and communities we have worked and lived in over the past 50 years, it is our aspiration that as our company grows, our impact within our communities would grow with it. We believe creating a cleaner, more livable planet is about more than simply trash removal. We aspire to be a company that is about the people of our community. To be a company that places high values on community, family, our planet, and above all integrity, which does not allow us to compromise our values. To be a company that provides our employees and their families with the opportunity to pursue their dreams. To be a company that the communities we operate in would be proud of. This is a big vision, and it is one we are excited to take on and live out. We hope you will join us.
